CAUSE NO. 285 OF 2011 By Grace Jeptoo Kibet, of P.O. Box 256, Timboroa in Kenya, the deceased’s co-wife, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Kibet alias Mary N. Kibet, late of Timboroa, who died at E.R.D.H, on 14th May, 2010.
