APPROVAL

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (a) of the Rating Act, the County Council of Olkejuado has, with the approval of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government, imposed the following industrial land rates with effect from 16th June, 2008. 0–50 acres KSh. 750 51 acres and above KSh. 250 Mining companies: 0–20 acres KSh. 2,500 3–10 acres KSh. 4,000 11 acres and above KSh. 5,000 Dated the 24th November, 2011.
