NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th December, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 235, in Volume D1, Folio 81/1643, File No. MMXI, by our client, Mohamed Ibrahim Mahamud, formerly known as Mohamed Hassan Ibrahim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Hassan Ibrahim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Ibrahim Mahamud, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Ibrahim Mahamud only.
