THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS His Excellency Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi, of P.O. Box 59839, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7739/16, situate in Eldoret Municipality, held by a certificate of title registered as I.R. 61123/1, and whereas the said His Excellency Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi has lodged an instrument of transfer in favour of Sosiani Builders Limited, of P.O. Box 5207-30100, Eldoret, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of title registered as I.R. 61123/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title, and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
