WHEREAS Elizabeth Wangari Mihari, of P.O. Box 256, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of that piece of land, situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Ruiru/Ruiru East Block 2/3380 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be to be deemed and of no effect.
