GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1713

WHEREAS David Wanyonyi Simiyu, of P.O. Box 40668, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kapkoi Block 1/Ex-Prison/287, situate in the district of Trans-Nzoia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kitale, in Succession Cause No. 96 of 2000, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Mary Nanjala Masinde and Maurine Makoi containing 0.925 acre or thereabouts and (2) David Wanyonyi Simiyu containing 0.25 acre or thereabouts, and whereas the said David Wanyonyi Simiyu went ahead and obtained the title for the whole parcel, efforts to compel him to surrender the title for rectification have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of RL. 19 and RL. 7 and issue land title deed to (1) Mary Nanjala Masinde and (2) Maurine Makoi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Wanyonyi Simiyu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
