GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1715

WHEREAS Mwangi Thitwa Kamau, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Marmanet/North Rumuruti Block II/1208 (Ndurumo), situate in the district of Laikipia, in civil suit No. 22/2011, 17th February, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE has ordered that the said piece of land be sub-divided, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a mutatation to subdivide the said piece of land in favour of Anderson Mungai Ngurugwe, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of subdivision and transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Anderson Mungai Ngurugwe, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Thitwa, Kamau, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
