GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1717

WHEREAS M’Mutungi M’Imanya (deceased), is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Kibirichia/1678, 1679, 1681 and 1682, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause No. 595A of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Miriti M’Mutungi, and whereas said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19, and whereas the land title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land registered in the name of the David M’Mutungi M’Imanyara is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in the name of David Miriti M’Mutungi, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said M’Mutungi M’Imanyara (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
