REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Agil Mahmoud Salem (ID/8378160/70), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known Kilifi/Kijipwa/364, containing 1.00 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa, in civil suit No. 169 of 2010 (O.S), has ordered and vested that the said piece of land to Rolph Kenge Kadenge which title deed of the said land is in custody of Agil Mahmoud Salem, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument and issue a new land title deed to the said Rolph Kenge Kadenge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Agil Mahmoud Salem, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
