REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Geofferey Clifford Odida (ID/2242957/65), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known Kilifi/Mtwapa/36, containing 4.6914 hectares or thereabout, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Malindi, in civil suit No. 4 of 2011 (O.S), has ordered and vested that the said piece of land to Katana Karisa Charo which title deed of the said land is in custody of Geofferey Clifford Odida, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument to issue and new land title deed to the said Katana Karisa Charo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Geofferey Clifford Odida, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
