TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 241 OF 2010 By (1) Lydia Jebet Mutai and (2) Nancy Jepchirchir Mutia, both of P.O. Box 284-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Kigen & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the late Benard Kimosong Kimutai, late of Barsombe, who died at Barsombe, on 13th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. 318 OF 2011 By (1) Christopher Kipkolum Kosgei, (2) Sawe Kuto and (3) Jonathan Kipngetich Bett, all of P.O. Box 2001-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, through Messrs. Kigen & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkuto arap Rono, late of Tuiyo Farm, who died at Tuiyo Farm, Lemook, on 11th April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
