take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru, on 1st April, 2008, has been filed in this registry by (1) Margaret Nyambura Ngunjiri, (2) Moses Gichamba Ngunjiri and (3) Ann Wanjugu Kamau, all of P.O. Box 44, Elburgon, in their respective capacities as widow, son and daughter of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as prayed or to make such orders as it thinks fit.
