NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th November, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 475, in Volume BI3, Folio 943/4823, File No. 1637, by our client, Mohamed Ahmed Rashid, of P.O. Box 82365, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Faheem Ahmed Riyamy, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Faheem Ahmed Riyamy, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Ahmed Rashid, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Ahmed Rashid only.
