NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th December, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2576, in Volume D1, Folio 249/5109, File No. MMXI, by our client, Salome Wambui Ruhari, as the mother and natural guardian of Ibrahim Fanjalla Ramadhan, formerly known as Naushad, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his minor son’s name Naushad, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address his said minor son by his assumed name Ibrahim Farjalla Ramadhan only.
