IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 1 of the schedule to the Kenya National Library Service Board Act, the Minister of State for National Heritage and Culture appoints— Under subsection 1 (1) (a)— Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for National Heritage and Culture; Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030, Under paragraph 1 (1) (b)— Vice-Chancellor, University of Nairobi; Under paragraph 1 (1) (c)— Town Clerk, City Council of Nairobi; Under paragraph 1 (1) (d)— Pauline Kamau, Ibrahim Abdi Ali, Beatrice N. A. Buyu, Lucy Wanjiru Muhinga, Henry Mwanzi, Christine Lemein, Kennedy Mulwa, Jumaa Mwasaria Makopa, Under paragraph 1 (1) (e)— Daniel L. Mayiani, H.
