REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Husunu Alawi Mohamed, of P.O. Box 44764, Nairobi in the Repblic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.8001 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 27934, situate in Mukowe of Lamu District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 45023/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
