GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3288

WHEREAS Thomas Kimaitha (deceased), of Embu Location in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, known as Gaturi/Nembure/1945, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. 400 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of (1) Maria Muthanje Gatumo (ID/1307140) and (2) Eujenia Wangai Nguu (ID/3794466), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Maria Muthanje Gatumo (ID/1307140) and (2) Eujenia Wangai Nguu (ID/3794466), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Thomas Kimaitha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
