TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 777 OF 2011 By (1) Reuben Mwanza, (2) Anthony Kaloki and (3) Ruth Nzilani, all of P.O. Box 1099, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mutua Masyuki, late of Kangundo, who died at Nguluni, Muisuni, on 23rd September, 2000. CAUSE NO. 907 OF 2011 By Johana Kasyoka Kivondo, of P.O. Box 103, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithumbi Kisinga, late of Nguluni, who died at Kithimani Sub-location, in September, 1973. CAUSE NO. 68 OF 2012 By (1) Joseph Nzuya and (2) Charles Mwanzia, both of P.O. Box 1001, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulako Nzuya, late of Kangundo, who died at Matetani, on 12th May, 1991. CAUSE NO. 222 OF 2012 By (1) Monica Katula Musango and (2) Margaret Kamanthe Musango, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Musango Kimuli, late of Kaumoni, who died at Kaumoni, on 25th September, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
