PURSUANT to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of grinder machine model No. 49G–782 and engine No. 2S1800, to take possession of the same from the yard of Zakhem Construction (K) Limited, within thirty (30) days from the date of this notice. Further notice is given that outstanding storage charges and any other incidental costs should be settled within the period. Failure to do so the same will be sold either by public auction or private treaty to defray all the outstanding costs upon expiry of the notice. Dated the 7th March, 2012. K. M.
