NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles— Volvo 245 GL station wagon reg. No. KRU 187, Nissan Sunny B13, reg. No. KAN 271Z, Peugeot 504 saloon, reg. No. KZV 193, Peugeot 405, chassis No. SDB15BD6208051646, lying at the workshop of Dhanjal Panel Beaters, to collect them within fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice, kindly note that all the accrued repairs and storage charges will be waived and or dispensed with if the said motor vehicles will be collected before expiry of the said notice, failure to which the vehicles will be sold by public auction in order to recover charges and room for work space.
