REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Kamere, of P.O. Box 72372—00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all those pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. 12715/288 and 12715/289, situate in North West of Athi River in Machakos District, by virtue of grants registered as I.R. 44660/1 and I.R. 44465/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said deed files issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to reconstruct the deed files provided that no objection has been received within that period.
