GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3674

WHEREAS (1) Daniel Amisi Moriasi and (2) John Ongaki Otiso, of Monyerero in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of those pieces of land containing 0.60 and 0.59 hectare or thereabouts, known as Central Kitutu/Monyerero/1734 and Central Kitutu/Monyerero/1735, respectively, situate in the district of Kisii Central, and whereas the chief magistrates’ court at Kisii, in miscellaneous application No. 138 of 2011, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Joyce Nyakerario Kibagendi (ID/4101765), and whereas all efforts made to recover the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said certificate to Joyce Nyakerario Kibagendi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Daniel Amisi Moriasi and (2) John Ongaki Otiso, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
