TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2012 By (1) Phillip Gikime M’Aburuki, (2) Doreen Kendi M’Aburuki and (3) Timothy Mutuma M’Aburuki, all of P.O. Box 703, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Aburuki M’Athenga alias Amburuki Athega, late of Thura, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd January, 2012. CAUSE NO. 78 OF 2012 By Lucy Muchiga Julius, of P.O. Box 2593, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mukiri M’Muthanya, late of Baranga, who died there on 23rd December, 2006. CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2012 By (1) M’Ikunyua M’Iburi, (2) Samwel Kirima, (3) Muriungi Francis Julius and (4) Geoffrey Kiogora, all of P.O. Box 2593, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Iburi Mucheke alias M’Iburi Mucheke alias M’Iburi Mucheke Rimberia, late of Meru District, who died at Nkubu Hospital in Kenya, on 14th March, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
