NOTICE is given that a petition for the winding-up of the above- named company or such other order that shall be just was presented to the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Commercial Courts, Nairobi, on the 20th December, 2010, by Fidelity Commercial Bank Limited. And that the said petition was on the 1st March, 2012 directed to be heard before the High Court of Kenya, Milimani Law Courts sitting at Nairobi, at 9.00 a.m. on the 20th April, 2012, and any creditor or contributory to the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing, in person or by his advocate for the purpose and a copy of the 23rd March, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
