NOTICE is given under the Transfer of Businesses Act (Cap. 500) of the laws of Kenya, that the business operating as Hotel and Restaurant known as “Timers Restaurant” carried on by San Burners Café Limited, on plot L.R. No. 209/4484 (Orinal No. 209/962), Kenyatta Avenue, Nairobi, Kenya, will be transferred on or about 31st March, 2012, (subject to fulilment of certain conditions precedent) to Florida Two Thousand Limited, which will continue to carry on catering and hospitality business at the same premises. The address of the transferor is care of P.O. Box 79076–00400, Nairobi. The address of the transferee is care of P.O. Box 42558–00100, Nairobi. All debts or liabilities due and owing by the transferor in respect of the said business up to the date of transfer as set out above shall be received and paid by the transferor. The transferee is not assuming, nor is it intended to assume, any liabilities whatsoever incurred by the transferor in the said business up to the date of transfer. Dated the 8th March, 2012.
