pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Charles Githinji, Geoffrey Kibiru and Rosemary Gakii, the owners of the undermentioned goods: Charles Githinji— 1 piece 14 inch coloured television (old and not tested). 1 piece Study table (old type). 1 piece 3 batteries small radio (not tested). 1 piece complete 6kg meko gas. Geoffrey Kibiru 1 piece 21 inch flat screen coloured television (working). 1 piece DSTV decorder and dish (working). 1 piece 1 door LG Express cooking fridge (workin). 1 piece Sanyo water dispenser with 20 litre small 1 door fridge (working) 1 piece LG grill Microwave (working). 1 piece television. Rosemary Gakii 1 piece Sony VCD (old and not tested) 1 piece complete Ramtons electric cattle (old and not tested). 1 piece Ramtons iron box (old and not tested). 1 piece Mammonlex fruit blender (old and not tested). 1 piece Tousda 14 inch coloured television (old and not tested) 1 piece wall clock old. which are lying at our stores in Zimmerman, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and any other related expenses failure to which the said goods will be sold by public auction or private treaty without any further notice thereof.
