NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd August, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 888, in Volume DI, Folio 30/479, File No. MMXII, by our client, John Mungai Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 73369–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as John K. Mungai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John K. Mungai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name John Mungai Ng’ang’a, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name John Mungai Ng’ang’a only.
