NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1862, in Volume DI, Folio 35/556, File No. MMXII, by our client, Charles Mungai Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 73369–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Charles Ng’ang’a Mungai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Charles Ng’ang’a Mungai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Charles Mungai Ng’ang’a, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Charles Mungai Ng’ang’a only.
