IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 71 (2) (a) of the Competition Act, the Minister for Finance appoints— SAMUEL NDUNG’U MUKUNYA to be the Chairman of the Competition Tribunal, for a period of five (5) years, with effect from the 12th March, 2012.
