THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) David Muchiri Mugo and (2) Athmanbin Swaleh Mduruma, both of P.O. Box 87688, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 9.68 acres or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 286/II/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 1093/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
