REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Huzaifa Hatimali Maloo and (2) Shirin Huzaifa Maloo, both of P.O. Box 89358, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are the registered proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 6227, situate section I Mainland North (Flat THE KENYA GAZETTE 13th April, 2012 1180 1180 No. 1 Block AA) within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 31270, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
