GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4763

WHEREAS (1) Esther S. Oruta, (2) Monica Wanjiku and (3) Mary Wambui George, all of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of that piece of land known as Marmanet/North Rumuruti Block 2/321, resultant No. 6529, 6530, 6531 and 6532, situate in the district of Laikipia, in civil suit No. 15 of 2011 has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided and a portion of whole parcels or thereabout be transferred to Anthony Kiarie Waithaka, of P.O. Box 44, Rumuruti, and whereas the all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of subdivision and transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Anthony Kiarie Waithaka and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Esther S.
