GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4767

WHEREAS Peter Wanjege Ngugi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that pieces of land known as Mitubiri Wempa Block 1/2853, Mitubiri Wempa Block 1/2889, Mitubiri Wempa Block 1/2887 and Mitubiri Wempa Block 1/2859, containing 0.202 hectare or thereabouts each, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya, Nairobi, in succession cause no. 144 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) jane Wambui Wanjege, (2) Nicholas Ngugi Wanjege and (3) Joseph Muthaiga Wanjege, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Wanjege Ngugi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Wanjege Ngugi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
