TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in. CAUSE NO. 1019 OF 2011 By (1) Regina Mueni Kithuka and (2) Veronicah Muthini Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 350, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithuka Muindwa, late of Kyangala, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. 221 OF 2012 By Eliud Musyoki Nzioka, of P.O. Box 2, Kathiani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Walinga Musyoka, late of Kathiani, who died at Kathiani Hospital in Kenya, in 15th March, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
