TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in. CAUSE NO. 159 OF 2001 By Dominic Meme Mugwika, of P.O. Box 171, Igoji in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dedan Kithinji M’Mugwika, late of Igoji, who died at Nairobi, on 17th October, 1989. CAUSE NO. 178 OF 2011 By (1) John Patrick K. Maitai and (2) Eunice Makena Maitai, both of P.O. Box 5, Muthara in Kenya, the deceased’s father and mother, respectively, through Messrs. F. K. Gitonga & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Gikundi Maitai, late of Muthara, who died at Subuiga, on 13th October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
