APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (c) (vi) and 4 (C) (viii) of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 2003, the Minister for Gender, Children and Social Development appoints—
Wesley Kipngentich Kirui, Alfred N. Mogere, to be members of the National Council for Persons with Disabilities, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th December, 2011.
