REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Invesco Assurance Company Limited, of P.O. Box 52964—00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that apartment No. B4, erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/4517, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as No. I.R. 82490/1, and whereas the said Invesco Assurance Company Limited has lodged an instrument of transfer in favour of Wideview Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 66093—00800, Nairobi, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said lease is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
