GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 26

WHEREAS Kurani Ene Muikai, of P.O. Box 1248, Konza in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kajiado/Kaputiei Central/466, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the senior resident magistrates court at Kajiado in civil suit No. 14 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Simon Kavyu Mwisa, of P.O. Box 1248, Konza, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the piece of land in favour of Simon Kavyu Mwisa, and whereas efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued thereof have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Simon Kavyu Mwisa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kurani Ene Muikai, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
