THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maitho Trading Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office in Thika, of P.O. Box 1249–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 4953/6/V, situate in Thika Township of Kiambu District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 3487/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
