REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zablon Otieno Ogalo (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as East Karachuonyo/Kowuor/52, containing 3.5 acres or thereabout, and whereas the land certificate issued to him on the 6th day of October, 1981, and the matter reported to the Central Police Station, Nairobi on the 11th day of November, 2011, and whereas vide succession cause No. 46/11 by the principal magistrate’s court at Oyugis, having granted letters of administration and documents on transmission, which have already been presented here for registration, and whereas efforts to trace the said land certificate have been futile, I Intend to dispense with its production within (30) days from the date hereof and proceed with the registration of form RL. 19 in favour of Samwel Odhiambo Otieno as the administrator of the estate, provided the same will not have been found within the stipulated period.
