CHANGE OF NAME

WHEREAS Apollo Insurance Company Limited, a limited liability company having its registered office in Nairobi, of P.O. Box 30389— 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessees of all that piece of land comprising 1.343 acres or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 209/2809, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 22885/1, and whereas the said Apollo Insurance Company Limited has lodged an instrument of certificate of change of name to Apollo Investments Limited and whereas affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65(1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as No. I.R. 22885/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of Certificate of Change of Name provided that no objection has been received within that period.
