IN EXERCISE of the powers confirmed by section 9(3) of the Alcohol Control Act 2010, the Bungoma West District Alcohol Drinks Regulation Committee publishers the list of approved applicants for Alcohol Drinks Licences. Notice is given that the approved applicants/premises should consider paying the respective licence fees to NACADAA Bank Account and submitting the Deposit Bank slips to the committee secretariat as soon as possible to facilate insurance of licences.
