TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 282 OF 2010 By (1) Agnes Karee Mutwiri, (2) Esther Nkatha Mutuerandu and (3) Charles Kimathi Mutwiri, all of P.O. Box 162, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mutwiri M’Arithi alias Ikunyua Arithi, late of Meru, who died at District Hospital, Meru in Kenya, on 13th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. 67 OF 2012 By (1) Francis Gatobu M’Ikiara and (2) Stanley Muriithi M’Ikiara, both of P.O. Box 3018, Meru in Kenya, through Messrs. M. G. Kaume & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana M’Ikiara M’Arithi alias Ikiara Arithi, late of Meru, who died there on 9th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. 139 OF 2012 By Mark Mbaya Mwongo, of P.O. Box 95, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwongo Kananga, late of Gaitu, who died there on 5th June, 1992. CAUSE NO. 140 OF 2012 By Amos Kinoti Rugaru, of P.O. Box 2633, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rugaru M’Kiambati alias Rugaru Kiambati, late of Gaiti, who died there on 16th October, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
