TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2012 By Priscilla Kajuju Chokera, of P.O. Box 584, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. M. G. Kaume & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Chokera M’Iringo alias Samuel Chokera Iringo alias Samuel Chokera M’Iringo, late of Kaaga, who died there on 25th December, 2009.
