NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th September, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 144, in Volume DI, Folio 66/1031, File No. MMXII, by our client, Jeremy Nicholas Mwendwa Kithome, of P.O. Box 73–90138, Makindu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jeremiah Mwendwa Kithome, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jeremiah Mwendwa Kithome, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jeremy Nicholas Mwendwa Kithome, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jeremy Nicholas Mwendwa Kithome only.
