NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th March, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 1129, Folio DI, in Volume 77/1214, File No. MMXII, by our client, Kate Lilian Makonyango, of P.O. Box 952– 40100, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lilian Kate Onyango alias Lilian Katherine Atieno, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lilian Kate Onyango alias Lilian Katherine Atieno, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kate Lilian Makonyango, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kate Lilian Makonyango only.
