REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Chege Mbugua, administrator of the estate of Mbugua s/o Chege, of P.O. Box 61405–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/4401/341, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as No. I.R. 22846/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
