WHEREAS (1) David Mutuku Maweu and (2) Rebecca Mutende Mutuku, both of P.O. Box 57959—00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Dagoretti/Riruta/1262, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
