ACT

WHEREAS The Municipal Council of Mombasa, has presented a court order vide civil suit No. 13 of 2011 at the High Court of Mombasa against the registered owners of Mombasa/Block XXV/124, and whereas all efforts to trace the registers of the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
