REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Nyanchoka Nyakambi, of P.O. Box 3329, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.1 hectares or thereabout, known as Bassi/Boitangare/1625, situate in the district of Ogembo, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Ogembo in miscellaneous application No. 1 of 2009 has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Zachary Okari (ID/0406355), and whereas efforts made to recover the title deed issued thereof have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said certificate of grant of letters of administration to the said Zachary Okari, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Esther Nyanchoka Nyakambi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
